Email support@athlora.life for support or privacy questions. Never send your password or sign-in code.

For a technical issue, include your device model, app version and what happened. Remove private conversations and personal details from screenshots.

Signing in

Check the email address you entered and your spam folder for the sign-in email. Use the latest email if you requested more than one. Never share a sign-in code.

Finding your race room

Complete your profile, choose an event in the race calendar and join its room. Your joined conversations appear in My rooms. No booking document is needed. Use the official organizer’s website for tickets, dates and event registration.

Messages and notifications

You can mute individual rooms. Check the app’s notification controls and your device settings if alerts are not arriving. Notification availability can differ between pre-release builds.

Reporting and blocking

Use the report action on a message or profile to flag inappropriate content for moderators. You can also block an account. Do not post threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, scams or someone else’s private information.

ATHLORA is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

Managing your data

Read our privacy policy or follow the account deletion steps. Initiate deletion directly inside the app.

App availability

ATHLORA is being prepared for iOS and Android. There is no public download link yet. Explore the website demo without an account; its events and conversations are illustrative.
