ATHLORA · Help & privacy
Your privacy.
How information is used in the ATHLORA race-community app.
Last updated: 18 October 2026 · Pre-release policy
Information you provide
ATHLORA uses your email to sign you in. Your profile includes your name and bio, plus details you provide such as age, optional height and weight, and training city. We store the race rooms you join, messages and replies you send, and moderation reports you submit.
What other people can see
Members can see your name, bio and messages in rooms they can access. Your age, height, weight and training city are private profile details. Joining a race room does not verify a ticket or register you for an event.
Why we use information
Account and community information provides sign-in, profiles, room membership, conversations and safety controls. Authorized moderators can review reports and relevant content to investigate abuse.
Optional permissions
If you choose location assistance, it suggests your training city. The profile stores the city, not your precise coordinates. You can enter a city manually instead.
Where push notifications are available and you enable them, a device token is used to deliver notifications through Expo. Push alerts use generic text rather than message text or names. Manage notifications in the app and your device settings.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and storage for account, profile and community data. Expo supports optional push delivery. These providers process information needed to operate those features.
Your choices
Edit your profile, leave rooms, mute conversations, block accounts or report content. Account deletion removes your profile, memberships and message text. Anonymous message placeholders remain so replies retain their structure.
See account deletion steps. Uninstalling or signing out does not delete your account.
Retention and release status
Account data supports your account while you use ATHLORA. Account deletion applies the removal described above. The final retention schedule for operational logs and provider backups is still being confirmed before public release; this pre-release policy will be updated with that information.
Website demo
The demo contains sample races and conversations. Messages you type stay in the current preview and disappear when you leave or reload. The demo does not create an account or join a live room.
